As someone who plans a handful of events for both college students and young alums at the University of Maryland, Preet has a keen eye for professional event photography — I have hired him for a diverse array of events for the Alumni Association: everything from Commencement celebrations to speaker panels and professional headshots. Preet can do it all. Preet goes above and beyond to make sure all of your photography needs are met. If there’s a specific photo or vision you have, he is quick to make it happen, sometimes on the fly. While I’m busy running an event, I can always count on Preet to capture all of the necessary photos without me directing. He takes great initiative, is creative, and extremely easy to work with!

Preet is an amazing photographer. Not only is he professional, but he also makes it fun and by the end of the day it feels like you’ve known him forever. He is able to capture every smile, laugh, and memory (candid or not) at your event. I’ve never met another person this passionate about this profession. He puts his heart and soul into his work, and retouches any photos to make sure it comes out looking nothing less than perfect. Preet is also very accommodating, as he will make the trip up and down the east coast to make sure your memories are captured.

Terp Thon has had the pleasure of having Preet as our photographer for two years. We were lucky enough to book Preet almost 7 months out from the event, and Preet worked with us through those 7 months to ensure everything was set and that everyone was happy. He went completely above and beyond to provide exceptional services. On the day of the event, I felt 100% at ease that Preet would capture every single moment beautifully – and he did. He was the sole professional photographer for a 12-hour event that required him to run around the venue, jump on and off stage, find people in massive crowds, and more. Preet did all this, and more. He responded within seconds every time I asked him to take a specific picture, and was super friendly to all the participants and families. We could not have asked for a better photographer. Preet sent me a sample of the pictures just a few hours after photographing the entire 12-hour event by himself. He is a true professional, as the following day, the album of over a thousand photos was finished and sent to me. Preet answered all of our questions with no delay, responded to our requests with care, and surprised us constantly by going above and beyond.

Preet shot our wedding and was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! He replied to all of our questions quickly and kept an open line of communication to ensure we captured all the special moments of our big day. His editing turn-around time was speedy and he even allowed us to come back with additional touch-up requests (like editing out a traffic cone or car from the background, haha).
His approachable and professional attitude made us confident that we were in good hands, but still comfortable enough to ask for what we wanted. As someone who hates how I look in photographs 99% of the time, he somehow managed to capture a TON of pictures that I love!
